About me

Chloe is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS since 2000 with adults and young people. She currently works in the NHS and in private practice.

Prior to training as a Clinical Psychologist, Chloe completed her undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology at Oxford University. Her early career was in adult mental health and psychosis in London hospitals and the Institute of Psychiatry (Maudsley Hospital). Chloe then did her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey, specialising at that time in Trauma and PTSD.

Since becoming fully qualified in 2005, Chloe has worked as a Clinical Psychologist in NHS mental health services in London and East Sussex. Chloe also worked in leadership roles, as Service Lead for a Tier 2 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) at the Maudsley Hospital in London, and Lead Psychologist for the Child Psychology Service in Hammersmith and Fulham. Chloe currently works in a CAMHS in the NHS in East Sussex, where she specialises in treating older adolescents with a range of difficulties. She also works in private practice with adults and young people.

Since training as a psychologist, Chloe has trained and gained postgraduate qualifications in a range of different therapeutic modalities, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Postgraduate Diploma in Interpersonal Therapy, specialist training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desenstisation and Reprocessing) and in Systemic Family Therapy. Chloe uses these main treatment modalities in an integrative way depending on the unique needs of the individual.
